About Tracy Carter
With a passion for the culinary arts that began long before her career with the Food Network, Chef Tracy is able to develop complex flavors with a modern and fresh approach. As a graduate of the International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute in Los Angeles, she was catapulted into a rewarding career in culinary production. After working alongside chefs such as Bobby Flay and Anne Burrell, she is able to share her expertise with a unique teaching style and approachable attitude. Chef Tracy not only shows her students how to cook well but allows them to cook with confidence.
Most recently, Tracy has began to expand her other true passion: Growing beautiful things. She is looking forward to celebrating each season with the produce it has to offer, as well as bouquets of flowers grown on her property.
